& they are always like children but without the 24 hour care!

The shipping will including the flight, flight insurance, health check by my certified vet, rabies if old enough, health
certificate, acclimation, a nice pet carrier & the puppy will be shipped to your largest airport.  Our babies are
up to date on all shots & wormers!

WE DO NOT SELL TO BREEDERS, BROKERS OR PET STORES BUT WE WILL SELL SOME OF OUR
LARGER YORKIES TO HOBBY BREEDERS IF OUR PUPPIES WILL BE KEPT IN THE HOME AS
LOVING PETS WITH NO CAGES, CRATES OR KENNELS TO LIVE IN.

No yorkie puppie is considered sold until a $300 non-refundable deposit is recieved and the deposit will be applied
to the purchase of the puppy.  Deposits are non-refundable and we do expect full payment plus the shipping cost to
be paid in full at least 5 days prior to shipping any puppy.  All of our yorkies are sold as pet/companion
(I.E. limited registration) unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We priority ship our puppies to most major city airports for $300, the larger puppies & adult charge is $325 to $350
and we do ship to Canada. The shipping will include the flight insurance, they will be shipped with a Current Health
Certificate from a certified veterinarian, they will be up to date on all shots & wormers and will
arrive in a nice Pet Carrier.

If you are wanting to pick your puppy or adult up you are more than welcome to come to our home or we can meet
you at the Ft. Smith, AR or Tulsa, OK airport.  The puppy price on our website does not include a vet exam or rabies
shot & you will still need to pay my driver to meet you at the Tulsa, OK airport for the pick up ($85.00), if you fly into
the Ft. Smith, AR airport there will not be a charge.  I am very aware of genetic issues and do plan my breedings
carefully but I am not a vet and cannot be sure of each puppies well being.  If you are picking up the puppy & wish
for your puppy to be examined prior to the pick up, please request this and understand that $50 will be added to your
puppy price.  This is very important if you drive a long distance then get the puppy home and your vet finds a problem
it would be a long drive for a return of a puppy. I can  book you an appointment with a local veterinarian in this area if
you would rather take the puppy for the vet check or can have him/her checked before you arrival.

WE DO NOT LIKE TO SELL OUR YORKIES TO FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN.  ALSO, I WILL
NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE SIZE AS AN ADULT, WE ONLY ESTIMATE THE PUPPIES WEIGHT BY
HIS/HER WEIGHT AT 8, 10 and 12 WEEKS.  IF YOU OVER FEED YOUR PUPPY OR GIVE TREATS,
CANNED FOOD OR TABLE SCRAPS THEN HE/SHE COULD BE LARGER AS AN ADULT.

All yorkies sold for $1,000 or more come with a guarantee up to one year of age. Any puppies sold for under $1,000
will have a 72 hour guarantee.  All adults are sold with a 72 hour guarantee. See health guarantee at the top of page.

We will accept Post Office (government) money orders, Western Union money orders or cash if picking the puppy
up, no checks accepted and please ask questions before sending any money!
